New to Peloton?

You don’t need a bike at home to move with Tunde. Her classes are available on the Peloton App, so you can ride in studios or gyms with Peloton equipment or take strength sessions anywhere you have space to move.

  1. Download the Peloton App on your phone, tablet, or TV.
  2. Search for “Tunde Oyeneyin” under Cycling or Strength.
  3. Start with a beginner or “20 min” class and build from there.

Tips for Training With Tunde

  • Show up as you are — perfection is not the goal.
